Sales terms

1. Pick-up orders

  • Grace period: we keep your order in optimal condition for up to 5 minutes after the agreed time.
  • No-show: if the order isn't picked up, no refund is due (prepared, non-resellable food).
  • Payment: on pickup, cash or card.
  • Delivery orders: placed through Delitbee and subject to its terms.
  • Transport liability: once collected, transport is the customer's responsibility.

2. Table reservations

  • Hold time: we keep the table for 15 minutes; after that it may be released.
  • Changes: changes in party size are subject to availability and require restaurant confirmation.
  • Cancellation: via the confirmation email link or by phone; advance notice appreciated.

3. Critical information

  • Allergens: please inform us of any allergy or intolerance before confirming. The full allergen list is available on site.
  • Withdrawal right: as perishable, made-to-order food, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply (Spanish Consumers Act art. 103).
  • Prices & VAT: all prices include applicable VAT.

4. Acceptance

Submitting a reservation or order implies express acceptance of these terms and our Privacy policy.
